Warranty Policy
Overview
At CouchLuxe, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for all CouchLuxe furniture products used under normal residential conditions.
This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, not from the date of unboxing or assembly.
Warranty Coverage
Frame Warranty
- Duration: 5 Years.
- Coverage: Covers failures in structural integrity due to defects in solid wood or metal frames under regular residential use.
Parts Warranty
- Duration: 3 Years.

Covers manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping to the following components:
- Upholstery and fabrics.
- Cushions and foam.
- Stitching, buttons, piping, and zippers.
- Rubber or adhesive components.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear & Tear: Normal aging, fading, staining, wrinkling, or softening of materials.
- Materials Not Covered: Leather, marble, paint, veneers, plywood, rugs, or coatings.
- Damage Due To: Misuse, abuse, improper care, accidents, mold, mildew, pet damage, burns, or outdoor use.
- Non-Residential Use: Commercial, hospitality, or rental environments are not covered.
Claims & Repairs
To initiate a claim, please visit our Customer Resolution Portal with:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting photos and/or videos.
CouchLuxe will assess and offer:
- Local Repairs: At no cost to you, where service is available.
- Replacements: If an issue cannot be repaired, we will replace the item or part.
- Spare Parts: Sent free of charge, including shipping and handling.
- In-Home Repairs: When possible, for minor defects without removing the furniture from your home.
Transferability
Our warranty is fully transferable within the original warranty period. The original purchaser must notify CouchLuxe of the new owner’s contact details to update the warranty record.
30-Day Trial Return Policy
CouchLuxe offers a 30-day return window from the delivery date.
- A 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.
- Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
- Contact our team to initiate the return process.

Service Eligibility
Our warranty is valid only within Canada. If your furniture is moved or shipped to a new address, please contact us to confirm ongoing coverage. Third-party or international shipments may void warranty eligibility.

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights; however, you may also have other rights that vary by province.
